(From 6pm until 9.30pm)


Starters

Home smoked rump of lamb with tomato and orange chutney.

Seafood salad with pickled vegetables.

Buffalo mozzarella in bread crumbs on a white wine and tomato sauce
With deep fried basil. (v)


Main Courses

Sautéed duck breast with sautéed cabbage, bacon and potatoes,
and black pudding.

Salmon and prawn linguine, white wine, crème fraiche and sugar snap peas.

Fillet of beef wellington with sautéed potatoes red wine jus
And roasted shallots. (This dish will cost an additional £8.95)

Pearl barley, tomato, red peppers, chilli, feta cheese and coriander risotto. (v)


Desserts

Vanilla baked Alaska with fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce.

Sticky toffee pudding, with warm fudge sauce and cream.

Crème brulee with fresh berries.

A selection of English cheeses and fresh fruit (Or as an extra course £6.95)
